Capacity

 Goals

SVN will improve organizational and financial stability though expansion of training options and modalities, products, credentialing, growth of conference attendance, increased volunteer engagement of members, ensuring diversity and inclusion, and exploration of potential grants and donations

Desired Achievement

Financial Stability will have improved substantially due to increased training, credentialing, conference, and product revenue and allow SVN to fund  initiatives identified in this strategic plan

The Board will continue to develop expertise by development of the Board Procedure manual and onboarding of new Board members, including DEIA training and clarification of the role of Board members as policy makers and the ED as the operational manager

SVN Board and Staff will engage in ongoing efforts to make sure all services and products are diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible
