CALL FOR PROPOSALS

Deadline to submit Friday, December 15, 2021

Join us for the 2022 SVN Annual Conference, the leading conference in the field of Supervised Visitation across the globe. This interactive, hybrid networking and educational event brings together more than 300 professionals who work with families in the field of supervised visitation.
This years theme:
The Challenge of Change
Recent events of the past 2 years have had long term dramatic impact on our lives. As a society, we saw a pandemic, a renewed uprising around racial injustice, a tumultuous election season, and for many, a collision of all of the facets of our lives coming together. The Visitation room moved online, and providers were forced to explore new ways to both keep the lights on and remain physically and mentally healthy. This has only amplified a number of simultaneous personal, social, medical, political, and economic crises.

Supervised Visitation providers have seen this impact and there have been profound changes in our work. This conference will focus on how providers can innovate and "Change" to address the new realities of our work, including how we can adapt to pros and cons of new technologies, address increasingly complicated issues of mental health and commit to diversity, inclusion and equity in our work.

“Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.” – James Baldwin

The conference  includes interactive exhibits, plenary speakers, and 20 workshops that focus on current and relevant supervised visitation issues. CEUs will be available to participants.  We invite you to showcase your expertise, training and research by submitting a workshop proposal to the SVN Annual Conference Program Committee. Please review the proposal requirements below.

Conference focus areas and target audiences: The SVN Annual Conference targets professionals who want to be in the forefront of meeting the challenges of today’s families in supervised visitation and exchanges.
